Rates are per session and are quoted to you in writing before you begin. There are no membership fees, intake fees, or hidden add-ons.

Insurance

In-network and out-of-network care

Plans we accept: We are currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia. We verify your benefits, deductible, and copay before your first session.
Out-of-network benefits: If your plan is not listed, you may still be reimbursed for 50–80% of each session. We will help you call your insurer and ask the right three questions.
Monthly superbills: We prepare and deliver your itemized superbill each month through the secure client portal so reimbursement takes minutes, not hours.

Payments & cancellations

We accept all major credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and ACH bank transfers through our HIPAA-compliant portal.

Your appointment time is reserved for you alone. If you need to reschedule, simply tell us at least 24 hours in advance and there is no fee. Within 24 hours the full session rate applies — a boundary that protects your therapist's schedule and the clients waiting for care.

Good Faith Estimate & the No Surprises Act

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to know what your care will cost before it begins. Every private-pay client receives a written Good Faith Estimate outlining expected session frequency and total anticipated cost.

You will never receive an unexpected bill from us. If your estimate needs to change, we discuss it with you first — in plain language.

We are in-network with several major Georgia plans, and we verify your specific benefits before your first session so you know your exact cost up front. If we are out-of-network with your plan, many clients still receive substantial reimbursement.
